4. Child Supervision: Children must be adequately supervised to prevent disruptive or unsafe behavior.
5. Animals: Only service animals are permitted on the premises.
6. Substance Influence: Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
7. Sleeping: Sleeping on the premises is not allowed.
8. Furniture and Equipment Use: Please use furniture and equipment properly and refrain from any misuse.
9. Smoking: Smoking, chewing tobacco, or using electronic cigarettes is only permitted in designated areas.
10. Noise Levels: Keep noise to a reasonable level, including conversation, singing, or cell phone use. Headphones should be used at a low volume in non-designated areas.
11. Space and Equipment Use: Avoid monopolizing or blocking access to spaces, seating, tables, or equipment.
12. Language: Refrain from using profane, obscene, or abusive language, including racial, ethnic, or sexual orientation slurs.
13. Solicitation: Gambling, panhandling, or soliciting money is not permitted.
14. Internet Use: Use the internet responsibly and in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
15. Physical Activity: Refrain from running, pushing, rough play, or any other dangerous physical activity.
16. Disruptive Behavior: Avoid any actions that disrupt the experience of other customers or staff.
17. Property Damage: Do not intentionally damage or destroy property belonging to Lizy Glam & Glow, other customers, or staff.
18. Weapons: Possession of weapons or dangerous items is prohibited. This includes explosives, fireworks, and knives with blades over 2 inches in length. Adhere to posted concealed weapons prohibitions.
19. Trespassing: Respect the premises and do not trespass.
20. Emergency Calls: Do not make false emergency or 911 calls.
21. Harassment: Avoid any behavior that is intimidating, hostile, or offensive to others. This includes behavior that impacts staff performance.
22. Substance Possession: Possession or distribution of drugs or alcohol is not allowed.
23. Sexual Behavior: Engaging in or soliciting any sexual act, including indecent exposure, is prohibited.
24. Violence: Fighting, challenging others to fight, or any physical abuse or assault is not tolerated.
25. Personal Boundaries: Respect personal boundaries and privacy of staff and clients, both in-person and through digital means.
26. Photography and Video: Photography and video recording during services are only permitted with prior approval.
